Alcon Design was formed in 2007 by Alistair Connell and since that time we have completed over 700 projects ranging from small alterations to new build houses.
We understand that many clients may have very little or no experience of altering or extending their home which is why we pride ourselves in helping you throughout the entire process. From inception to completion, we will be with you at every step, to help and advise, ensuring you receive the best possible service.

We provide architectural design services and solutions. We will act on your behalf when dealing with the Local Authority and can advise on other services you may require to complete your project. We are qualified by the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) and Alcon Design is a chartered practice. As Chartered Members, we are bound by the CIAT professional Code of Conduct.
We cover the West Central Scotland area and focus primarily on Glasgow and the surrounding area.

The company is managed by Alistair Connell who has been involved in the Architectural Design Services industry for over 25 years. Prior to creating Alcon Design, Alistair had worked for some of the largest architectural private practices in Glasgow. Alistair is a fully Chartered Member of CIAT (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists).
